Conversational Siri & GPT-4o integration
Apple plans to make Siri more conversational by making interactions feel more natural and intuitive. This upgraded Siri will not only understand commands better but will also perform actions across multiple apps, manage notifications, and even write or summarise texts based on user prompts.
In partnership with OpenAI, Siri will soon have the ability to use GPT-4o to handle requests beyond its current capabilities. If Siri reaches its limits, it will ask for permission to turn to GPT-4o for help.
